# How to sell an NTF for a fixed price

## 1. Select the "Sell" section in the left panel of the dashboard and Select "Listed"

## 2. After selecting "Listed' - click the "Sell Item" button in the upper right corner.

## 3. Upload files, select NFT from the Collection, select "List" sale type, select drop (optional), specify a fixed price. In the payment methods, select Metamask and BNB, then specify the wallet to which funds will be credited after the token is sold.

## 4. Click on the "Sell" button.

## 5. Recheck the data you provided, and click the "Confirm" button. Then confirm the transaction in Metamask. After processing the transaction, NTF will appear on the "Listed" page and your Storefront.
